Great efficient service, however after arriving home my girlfriend and I started to eat our parmis and much to our disgust they were pink inside!!! We phoned to complain about the undercooked chicken and they were very apologetic and offered to re cook our order, however in our eyes the damage had been done and we asked for a refund. I don’t trust a place that serves you pink chicken and definitely wasn’t going to give them a second chance. Although this happened the staff were very friendly, apologetic and were happy to give us a refund without issue. Perhaps just a bad night, but we definitely won’t give them a second chance, but wish them all the best! Although the guys at the Parmi Bandit have gone out on a whim backing one side in the Parmi Vs Parma debate, this simple man couldn't be bothered fighting over pronunciation.

The whole idea of a pub standard Parmi enjoyed in my own lounge room with Friday night footy = flawless. The simple process of call, drive through and drive away makes it doable in approx. 20 minutes.

The schnitzels are fresh, well priced and with a large range of toppings, there's something for everyone. Decent size chips and portion to fill you up add to the value.

"You don't make friends with salad," may be their only down fall with an average green salad as a side.

Ordered online 1 Parmi and 2 Lemon Pepper Calamari. Wife went to pick order up and lady on driveway was so rude to her. She got home with order and Parmi was fine 1 Calamari pack had salad, Lemon Juice, Tartare Sauce and Calamari the other the same but no Calamari.
