Literally disgusting customer service !!!
Last night, 07/11/2025, I was doing Uber Eats deliveries, I don’t know the old lady who was working at customer service and handling food to delivery partners via drive thru, was the worker or manager or whatever, was really rude, not on me but on customer’s food as well. I went to drive thru to pick the order, waiting about 3-4 minutes and that lady was keep talking to other customers might be her relatives. It was frustrated as she saw me but keep ignoring and was trying to show her best customer service skills to some people while ignoring others.
Finally, I came out of the car and ask for food I was waiting for, she again said just waitttttt….I will give you…..and started looking at me with her creepy eyes. Then, I saw something strange which I didn’t expected from her. She took a bag and literally started throwing things inside the bag which she supposed to pack for uber customer. Totally disrespecting someone’s food. And she didn’t stop, she keeps yelling at me looking with her rude and creepy eyes. My Goodness, God save that place from her behaviour.

Despite the expected hustle and bustle, the experience was marred by the rude behavior of the lady at the counter. Without even knowing the details of my order, she curtly instructed me to park in a spot already occupied by another car. As a delivery driver, I understand the importance of efficiency, but professionalism and basic courtesy should never be forgotten. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the delivery solely due to the unacceptable attitude displayed by the staff. Read moreUsed to love this place until the female owner was very rude to me twice and also never contacted me after assuring me she would, after loads of trouble trying to contact her I gave up. This was after our meals were incorrect in the drive through and didn't realise until I got home (home is 40 mins away) which is fine, it was a busy night. We're only human. My details were taken by a lovely staff member and she promised to have meal vouchers posted to our house. I just tried to follow this up and was accused of making it up. Very disappointed especially since it is a great pub. I just won't support a business that acuses a paying...
