The young girls are employed to serve customers,as I was waiting outside for a friend,I noticed no one was checking in with covid.And staff was not asking or checking.As I entered customers still did not check in,staff served and was on there way. I was the last person to be served, the worker had the cheek to ask me if I signed in, another girl asked my friend for her vaccination certificate.Another customer that was sitting outside he was not asked either.I had to say something as I watched and observed these two workers serve the customers,Happy to take my money, then had the cheek to ask if I had checked in.Then chased us down outside asking for certificate,and knowing we were targeted as they never asked the other customer either.Poor customer service.One would like to think they are entering a store that should be checking before serving.Not take $$$then ask.I was warned about this shop and the service, I don't like the shop too squashy inside,poor variety of ...

Recently got my wedding cake made here. Had consultation with one of the staff who does the ordering 5 months in advance. Consult took half an hour complete with photos, ideas and full discussion about what we were after. On the day, wedding cake arrived & was so ridiculously tiny we would not believe that it is even discussed for being used as a cake. Called the bakery who offered absolutely nothing and took no responsibility for the error. We ended up doing a ‘Safeway mudcake hack’ for our cake which worked perfectly!! Save your money and do not bother ordering wedding cakes through these guys. Ended up cutting us cake and using it the next day at the recovery bbq so as our money and efforts were not completely wasted. Highly disappointed with the staff & lack of responsiveness...

They are a great place for pies cakes and lots of options for a great meal SUTTON'S BAKERY are famous for their fare and people come from miles away to eat there. We always stop there be it for lunch or coffee and a great snack and always take something away with us.
