Friendly greeting by staff members on a recent visit, plenty of seating to enjoyer in-store or outside/take-out option. There is an inviting display of fresh ingredient options to add to your flavour tea. Overall I rate this business as 5 star based on menu, pricing, cleanliness and service. I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit. I've been a regular at this bubble tea spot for a long time, but today’s experience was unacceptable. I found a soaked, dead fly in my Thai Red Milk Tea. I always check the pearls with my tongue before chewing, and thankfully, I was able to feel something unusual and remove it before it went into my mouth.
