Kaffenio — Restaurant in Mildura

Our business has been ordering coffees and food from Kaffenio since I can remember. We had never experienced a problem with their service or products until recently, we had ordered a number of drinks and sandwhiches which had repeatedly been delivered to us wrong and had to be sent back. Since then the service towards us has been rude and apauling and once again orders being made wrong and now taking 45 minutes to an hour to be delivered when they never took longer than 20 minutes. Obviously we understand that everyone makes mistakes and we are only human, but when this happens repeatedly and we are then treated poorly it's very dissapointing. Especially considering the support we have given the business...

Absolutely terrible! I went there this morning and ordered a coffee. The lady at the register took my order (Large Latte), then proceeded to grab a used (yes a used cup) with the name Brice on it! She took a texta and rubbed out the name and Bruce's order, then asked for my name and order. I said "is that a used cup?", she without comment, threw it in the bin and got a new one. They were clearly annoyed that I wanted a clean cup because the guy at the coffee machine was rude. Just cannot believe business like this stay in business. Give them a miss - unless of course you like to use discarded takeaway...

Looked like a nice little corner cafe, was overall ok experience. Disappointing that the price of a mug of tea bag was $6 (hot water and teabag ?)rather than getting a pot for that price with loose leaf tea.

I got the pancakes as something different which was quite dense and undercooked in the middle. My friend got the focaccia which was an egg and bacon sandwiched between what amounted to two loaves if bread. We also got scrambled eggs which came out as a omelette?

Food could be better in my opinion pricing was not too bad but for what we got...
