Sunday night‘s staff is very rude！！！Another girl worked on Saturday always has sweet smile！But this satff is tooooo rude！！！ Plz be respectful to everyone！！！

Come on, at first I asked that rude woman with smile, she shows distain and rudeness to me. you don’t have any pick up area, every time I need to go inside to pick up, and that woman (manager) put all the food on the ground. You should be clear you are in hospitality, be respectful to every person, even delivery driver!! I have never met the merchant staff like this woman! This manager didn’t said any thanks and used a commanding tone talked to me. To be honest, who do you think you are?????

Don’t spread your negative energy to other people! No one wants to see your manager’s POKER FACE!!

Cheesecake are not good, new place and owner is not grateful. At beginning we were told they are open to suggestions and need feedback. Upon giving feedback and asking to substitute one ingredient with other, she refuses me and give me reason “this will confuse our staff but i can do it this time” The look on her face was not nice. There were no greetings whatsoever. Disappointed!! Tom and jerry was way better!!

Response to owner: First of all, its not a special treatment its a simple request to substitute an ingredient that cost same money! Secondly, yes we have been greeted fairly and politely by your staff but not yourself. And as far as i am concerned by the tone, it was very clearly set by you, i was only reciprocated what i was getting! You have mentioned that you appreciate the feedback but you are clearly just arguing and putting the blame on me for the unpleasant experience...
