The Cheesecake Shop Warragul — Restaurant in Victoria

Disappointed and dissatisfied. Was so looking forward to having a cheesecake shop in town but will continue to drive to Pakenham to purchase our cakes in the future. Ordered a cake that I had order previously through the Pakenham store so I knew what I was ordering. Went to pick up from Warragul and what I received was disappointing. It was so much smaller, the writing on top was thick and messy and the overall presentation wasn’t what it should have been. Staff called the manager and I was basically told to bad that’s how it is. Took the almost $90 cake home to celebrate and it was terribly dry and under filled inside.
