This Bakery is one of a small local Gippsland chain that provides a range of baked savoury and sweet goods. the pies are good, if not outstanding, nice pasties and some very tasty small sausage rolls of various fillings. for lunch there is usually a choice of roast meats, perfectly cooked and served in a generous sized Bun with gravy and seasoning to request. since Daffodil closed this seems about the only takeaway roast meat sandwich available in Traralgon. Unfortunately it was overloaded with onion flavour and the flavour was unbalanced. Good attempt at a different flavour but not worth $5.50 a pie
April 2017: THEY HAVE SCALLOP PIES HERE! WOOHOO! Despite it being $8, it was worth it, in fact, I probably should have bought 2. Their award winning sundried tomato chicken pie was sold out, so I tried the steak and mushroom pie instead. So disappointed - the mince was grainy and lacked any steak flavour, but there was a generous amount of mushrooms. Overall, the scallop pie was so good, I'm definitely coming back to eat it while also keeping my choices to their award...
