After driving for 5hrs, you'd think a pizzeria would be a safe choice. We ordered "Caesar Salad" and some pizzas for delivery. What turned up was a bag of undressed salad, some bacon, and croutons made of old garlic bread. Made ordering $80 of food a questionable decision. No chicken, cheese, egg or any of the usual suspects you'd find in a Caesar. No big deal, we just politely called the store to see if we could fix the situation. Staff member verbatim over the phone "well, what do you want me to do about it?" - what a sweet person. Must be fun at parties. Speeding this tedious review up; ended up being handed over to the manager, agreed to send out another salad. All good, hospo is a hard gig, problem solved... Nope! They deliver a full bowl of half frozen chicken. An attempt at being petty and passive aggressive really just looks like they can't make a simple salad. Management - please don't bother with the stereotypical "thank you for your feedback, we'll take this on board" schpeel/platitude. Time better spent tending bigger problems with your business. *UPDATE after below boilerplate response* Would have just left this alone and moved on, if not for the managers multiple phonecalls. My wife, whom placed the order, missed a number of calls throughout the day from the manager. Bit odd, but after a few attempts to follow up, she got in touch. Call started amicably, but said manager actually had the gaul to laugh at her when he said we should take this review down. Unreal. He argued that he prepared the bowl of chicken personally - rather than "we'll just send you another one", us thinking this meant another salad. He argued black and blue about the unwanted bowl of frozen chicken - rather than just accepting the mistake, which would have been perfectly fine, things happen. Manager didn't realise he was lecturing a former chef about cooking protocols, as well as being pretty rude. He offered "a free pizza with our next order". We don't live in Wagga anymore, and honestly, despite us not even requesting a refund, why would we want to order from their franchise again after all of this? Mate, unfortunately this time, you've really earned the bad review. Please no more phone calls, we're now definitely not taking this down, as per your request. Please just move on and improve.

The pizzas used to be good, but the pizza I got delivered tonight only had toppings on half the slices!!! Alot of white sauce to disguise the lack of beef or mushrooms. Won't be coming back because that is truly ridiculous. There is no way of ringing the local store either to report this very very poor quality. I would like a refund seeming I really only got half a pizza

Great and friendly service but pizza not as nice as hoped - very little brisket on the ‘brisket’ pizza.

Ordered a Super supreme as I normally have from my Crust in Sydney and they gave me a vegan supreme instead. They told me initially as usual it would take 15 minutes before I could pick up. I got there half an hour later as i had other errands to do and when I get there they tell me it's still in the oven. So when I finally got the pizza it was the wrong one and was told next time order the crust supreme not normal supreme. If I want a bloody vegan supreme it should be a vegan not normal one. Then when I ask one of the worker's there for a garlic bread for my hastle and their mistake he starts arking up saying it's not their mistake. Luckily the manager jumps in and says no worries we'll fix it up for you. Be careful how you order with these guys as they have a very ordinary system and have to be spoon fed like a baby before you get the...

I’ve been buying pizzas from crusts Wagga since they opened in Wagga which I guess is about 12 to 15 yrs ago. They’ve had their ups & downs but mostly they were pretty good. But they’re now at an all time low! Seriously dry pizzas (cardboard base is a compliment) that taste like they were made yesterday & just heated up. When I called them the manager tried to find any excuse possible to explain the poor quality. I put my hand up & say, before she tries to write off my complaint as a rude customer, I was not happy but that was because not only were the pizzas terrible but she tried to justify the poor quality instead of owning up to it. Do not buy from...
