Unfortunately, I had yet another disappointing experience with my favorite restaurant. Despite giving them multiple chances in the past, this time was no different. I had hoped that things would work out well for me, and it does work out only when the familiar faces, the girls who usually work there. They have always been able to deliver the greatest bowls. so I recently ordered a chicken bowl and I must say I was quite disappointed with the portion size and the ratio of ingredients. The bowl was advertised as a regular size for $13.7 but what I received was far from being even close to a regular portion. It looked more like a small portion that should have been priced at $7.
Furthermore, the amount of cheese in the bowl was overwhelming. It seemed like there was more cheese than chicken, and the rice portion was disappointingly small. I was expecting a well-balanced combination of flavors, but unfortunately, the lack of chicken and the excessive amount of cheese made it difficult to enjoy the dish.plus there was no packaging whatsoever, they could have asked me if I wanted it take away or not but they didn’t it’s common sense.
Considering the price I paid and the size of the portion, I expected a more satisfying and balanced meal. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback into consideration and improves the portion sizes and ingredient ratios for...
Read moreI WONT VE BACK UNTIL THINGS CHANGE! This place has been my favourite for as long as I can remember. I have been a regular customer visiting here at least once a week, usually more, to order food for myself and my partner. While this is not cheap we rationalised this by understanding that the quality of service and food they provide is worth it. Since the lockdowns this year their quality has plummeted! Our order is always wrong, when I call them to discuss this they never answer the phone. With us living out of town this is a nuisance as by the time we get home it’s not worth turning around to get the things they forgot to put in the bag! Initially that’s mistakes only occurred when they were really busy (previously working in hospitality myself I can understand this) but now there could be nobody else in there and our order still gets messed up. It may sound harsh but if you choose to go here make sure to triple check your order is in the bag before walking out the door!!!

Hr later food shows up drink hot as hell bag torn open and food open an what appeared half the wifes food eaten along with one of my burritos half torn opened. Reported it through there uber help. Long story short GYG customer support ( guest experience or whatever call it) Georgie wrote back. Despite clearly via screenshots of conversation with uber etc decided they will only refund the Guacamole as per uber even though screenshots I responded with clearly stated full refund due to food tampering. Piss poor customers service team at the email end. Funny how they become none responsive after providing evidence also of the conversation. 1 star will not get again sadly. What pisses me more was the order was close to a hundred dollar order recieved it and food cold an half eaten/ opened. So beware if ordering delivery there is currently a driver in the area who may eat your food...
