Domino's Pizza Wagga WAgga — Restaurant in Wagga Wagga City Council

The worst dominos ever. Ordered some food on the 24/05/2022 around 12.30pm. Went there to pick up our order but the lady refused to give us our food when we paid the full price. We did not have time to argue and had to leave coz we had a business meeting and gave them a call around 1.10pm to make a complaint but the woman who answered the phone accused me saying she gave us our food when she did not give us our food and hang up on us. Very rude woman. Called her back a few times but she refused to answer. Called them again in 5 minutes time then she answered the phone and i requested to talk to the manager and she said she is the manager when she was not THE MANAGER 😱😱😱😱😱😱 So ended up talking to the manager after finding out she was not the manager. Even the manager accused us that we took our food when we did not. Gladly he said they have a surveillance camera and he started threatening us saying they have the footage and still saying we took our food and lying. told him i was relieved and happy to bring a police officer with us, then he checked the surveillance camera and said we could come back get our food after the woman and the manager who worked on the 24th of may/ 2022 around 12.50 accusing us of stealing food from them or something. They did not even say sorry for their mistakes and behaviours. You have the worst customer care ever. Never going back...

Domino’s ruined my entire day the workers were slow and were inaficient and talking instead of getting out orders when they had ten orders qued up. As this took place I sat and waited 25mins to get out a pizza and Mac and cheese I was meant to get a garlic bread to but they instead gave me scrolls that had oil on them and I have a condition where I can’t eat things with to much oil they also lathered my Mac and cheese in this oil and you think in twenty five minutes you could at least make the Mac and cheese warm you couldn’t be more wrong the oil filled Mac and cheese was hard cheese with a completely cold centre I can’t tell you how much this establishment has disappointed me and I will not be back or recommending you to anyone in the future...

I did a online order after 50 mins of waiting the live tracker said my order had been canceled so I rang the store to find out what had happened only to be told they didn’t deliver out that far and he said he tried to contact me three times and it rang like 20 times which is not correct I thought they may have had the wrong number but while I was on the phone another domino’s phone number rang me so they did have the correct number but he still swore black and blue they tried to contact me I was more than happy to provide my call log but then he said I was lying what and absolute joke I wouldn’t have minded so much but I was in a road train and unable to get anywhere close to where they deliver so...
