Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Wagga Wagga City Council

Have read the below negative comments, I have to say this Pizzahut in Victoria Park must have changed !!! Recently i become a regular customer to them, the Staff are so friendly and helpful, sometimes they would like to give a free garlic bread or chip as surprise to customer (or maybe a special during certain time a day? ). also I had called a few times delivery, everything was easy, the guy on the phone was nice to talk, and willing to help you make a good choice. Importantly, they are happy to offer you some discount, even those coupon can only be used online. The pizza topping was heaps, and makes me happy. Yummy ! (Hint :Their staff are happy to swap topping sometimes, if you ask, in stead of pay extra $$$ .)

In addition, Pizzahut has their menu changed, more hot & spicy stuff now which is my favorite!!! Have tried the new Mexican Pizza, it is something different but nice too.

The only thing not that good is the website order, sometimes crash when you place order over the smart phone app.I suggest people just give them a call,...

My husband pre ordered pizza for 5:30pm because that’s when my toddler eats. The delivery driver turned up 15mins late with an order that was meant for Lake Albert. I then get on the phone with the Pizza Hut call centre because it’s the only number available for Pizza Hut Wagga Wagga, after 10mins on the phone the driver turns up again with “our order” that had already spent time in someone else’s home in Lake Albert! And it was still missing items! I most definitely not be excepting food that has already spend time in someone else’s home! I call the number again and they tell me even they can’t get through to Pizza Hut Wagga Wagga and that someone will call us back this was at 6pm. They then call back “no apology”, “no explanation”, “no offer of compensation”!!!! All we got is your order will be redelivered in 30min. I’m fuming and I’d better receive the final...

50 minutes waiting for 2 sets of 3 pizza/3 side specials. Got home and opened the boxes only to realise they got more than half the order wrong. They gave us an extra to cover up that fact. Took it all back and showed the worker what we ordered vs what he gave us, receipt and all, box by box. He then tried to tell me what I had was what I ordered, so I showed him the receipt again, and asked for him to take it all back and refund the order. He then tried to tell me he'll give the refund and I can take the pizzas anyway, without actually handing me the refund.
