From the other reviews, it really seems like a 50-50 on food quality depending on what day you go there.

I’ll start by saying that the staff was friendly.

The food however was pretty bland and that’s saying something coming from me. The noodles tasted like plain spaghetti straight out of unsalted water and the sauce did taste like it was pre-made. For a cheap meal, no worries but for the price that they charged us ($20 with an extra $2 for the noddles to be soft instead of crispy!), it’ll have to be a hard pass.

The final bill was wrong (almost paid an extra $2 on the total) but fair enough anyone can make mistakes. However I paid by card and saw no signs and was not told I’d get charged a fee for not paying cash.

I probably won’t be giving it...

Saigon Restaurant Wagga Wagga.

I was sitting down having a quick schooner of Coopers Dark Ale at the Union Club Hotel in Wagga when I heard someone mention this place.

Just in Wagga for work. First time. Came here for dinner.

Beautiful outdoor appearance. Nicely decorated and really shows the calibre of restaurant you are about to dine in. Truly gorgeous exterior.

The tables are no fuss and comfortable. Gave me a table for one in the middle of the restaurant like an animal at the zoo.

I ordered the mixed entree fried plate. Prawn toast, dimmy and spring roll. All deep fried to absolute perfection.

I had the beef and black bean with fried rice which was absolutely terrific. A true star.

If ever around I will be...

The restaurant is big. When I walked in the chef was like it un walk over there.

I was waiting for the young girl to bring menu over then a big table walked in she took there order first. The chef came out took my order.

There was a little miss understanding I wanted just 2 spring rolls but I got the spring roll salad! Ate it. It was nice.

Got my beef pho take away had it for lunch a day after was so yummy my noodles were over cooked though!

The Singapore noodles not the best not much protein had some kind of processed fish cake things I...

Had a really great dinner experience in Saigon. If you’re looking for tasty Asian cuisine you’ve found the right place. Wide selection of food. Big servings. Good for sharing. We ordered beef pho, rump steak, lemon chicken, large special fried rice and curried beef. Rump steak is really tasty but well done. Lemon chicken is fine ? But Beef pho was surprisingly delicious! I’ve never had pho but it was hearty, savory, noodle soup with tender beef strips you can season with hoisin sauce. Will definitely come back and try other dishes! 👍
