As a self an acclaimed cookie connoisseur, this cookie was by far much lower quality than what I expect from the prestigious subway and franchised establishment. The quality of the cookie was disappointing despite its Exorbitant pricing, $1. In my many years of devouring cookies I have never come across such a failure to comply with the needs of my tastebuds. In a delightful case of culinary misadventure, one could scarcely imagine a more woeful confectionary journey than that of this subway cookie, a mere whisper of sweetness lost amidst the cacophony of mediocrity. With all the subtlety of a sledgehammer, this misguided attempt at baked bliss delivers a symphony of disappointment to the discerning palate. Its texture, similar to the crumbling ruins of failed ambition, leaves one pondering if it was crafted by a novice baker or simply unearthed from the depths of a forgotten pantry. It was gross as there was so much garlic butter dumped on it. I saw the guy doing it but had never had it before so trusted he knew what he was doing. Staff didn't say hello back or show any signs of any level of customer service. The store was crazy busy but none of customers were being impatient or putting pressure on the staff, the staff however were showing it to the customers. Definitely won't be back to this...
