Booked a reservation for 4 for dinner. Nobody showed us to our table. Went up to order, the lady was so rude!!! Told us they had no roast. Requested to add pineapple to a margarita pizza (when other pizzas had pineapple) and was rudely told “the chef can’t make any alterations right now”. Like mate how hard is it to add 6 pieces of pineapple on top of a pizza was happy to pay the extra. Was then advised that it will be an hour wait for food because they “had a function” (the actual bistro was almost empty). Ended up walking out and went to the whalers. I recently attended an event at this venue with my surf club, and I couldn’t be more impressed! We had a group of 88 people, and the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everyone felt at home.

We also noticed another event happening in a separate room for an 18th birthday, and it was great to see how well the team managed both occasions seamlessly.

My friend and I came to Warrnambool from Melbourne for a few days and where staying up the road from the bowls club and thought we'd go there for dinner. We ordered lemon , lime and bitters drinks and they had no lime cordial, so used sliced limes instead. We asked for lemon squash, but got soda water instead. We had to go upto the bar and complain.
