Every time I seem to walk into this shop, there’s always one lady that is tallish with blackish-brown hair and a darker complexion, im not sure what her name is but she’s constantly disrespecting her customers by rolling her eyes. I’ve also heard her swearing at her co-workers, abusing them and pushing them out of the way. Your promotion with Smith's is deliberately misleading and has cost you and Smith's a customer here. I diligently went and bought my bag of "Smith's Subway Meatball Sub", entered my code from in pack and received my "buy one, get one free" QR code, only to be told at Warwick Subway it wasn't accepted. Queensland is not excluded from the promotion and quite frankly fine print or otherwise, it is a grossly misleading promotion. The worst salad I have ever gotten from Subway, even a little more lettuce would have helped and the 1st girl serving me was obviously not happy to be there. Sour! I don't leave negative reviews easily but I travel a lot and this is by far the worst of any.
