Very poor customer service We went in a group of 8 adults and 6 Kids. Very slow in taking orders Staff didn't know what they were serving or what ingredients would be in their menu items. Didn't follow the instructions regarding food and drinks Mojito was just a mix of lemonade and a syrup topped with a few lemon slices, mint leaves and ice. Another drink was just a mix of lemonade and crushed blue berries and missing ingredient which makes it blue and when asked the girl said without a smile and expression of being bothered that it has alcohol so it's not been added but the drink was on mocktail list so if it has alcohol then it shouldn't be on the mocktail list anyway. We specifically asked for one mild and one medium Malai kofta but it was medium and spicy same with Kadai Paneer, we asked for medium and spicy but got spicy and hot spicy. The kids couldn't eat so we had to get yogurt and sweets for them. Empty plates didn't get taken and no dish change between starters and mains. Anything we ordered took a long time to be on the table. Only 3 staff handling everything. Not a...
Read moreWe recently visited Alfresco Indian Cuisine in Mandurah, and despite it being almost an hour’s drive for us, every minute was absolutely worth it. From the moment we walked in, the aroma of authentic Indian spices promised something special – and it delivered.
We began our culinary journey with freshly made samosas, crispy onion bhaji, and succulent chicken tikka – each bite was packed with flavour and cooked to perfection. For mains, we had kadhai chicken, daal makhani, and prawn masala. The rich, bold spices and freshly prepared ingredients instantly transported us to India. Every dish tasted authentic, vibrant, and full of heart.
The team at Alfresco Kitchen clearly knows what they’re doing when it comes to Indian cuisine. It’s rare to find food this genuine and satisfying. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a proper taste of India in WA – we’ll...
Read moreIt was good. We got the goat curry, chicken tikka masala, two plain rice, cheesy naan, a mango lassi and a red indian. The drinks came out instantly, but the rest of the food took about 45 minutes to come out.
The goat curry was pretty good, worth noting that you should order rice with it. The chicken tikka masala was good. It had a really nice kick to it. The cheesy naan was delicious. It's filled with cream cheese. The mango lassi was good, however by the time the food came out, it was room temperature. The red indian was absolutely delicious, it tasted how I'd imagine homemade lemonade taste.
Overall it came out to $92 which I found to be a bit expensive. However, there were a good amount...
