Me and my dear wife thought it would nice to have breakfast at Lily Paris, well I wouldn’t recommend it, at least not on a Monday. We ordered, sat outside as there was no room to sit inside and as we sat down outside, the lady shopkeeper next door came out to us and made up that her son was coming to wash the windows so could we move, so we moved. But the son never came to clean anything. We waited and waited, 25 minutes later two tables of people had left so we moved inside. A gentleman came in ordered and his drink was made and taken to him. So I then went to ask if they had perhaps forgotten about our order. The lady who was behind the counter acted as though she couldn’t understand what I was saying. She told me that as she was busy our order would be next, it was, but with her serving at least a few people that had come in 25 minutes after us I wondered. 35 minutes after making the order and most of the cafe now empty we eventually got our tea and coffee, then our breakfast came out, the toast was as though it had been waiting on the side for almost half an hour too. We have been to Lily Paris before so I know it is not always so terrible but it wasn’t an experience I’d wish...

I really wanted to love this place - it’s got everything French and patisserie and it’s very cute and busy. But everything we ordered was tasteless: a very, very faint flavour in the selection of mini tarts. Only the (faint-tasting) lemon meringue had more crisp pastry - sadly the others were older and stale. The croque/toasties had zero flavour to the point where the ham and cheese flavour was so non-existent that you could only taste the wholemeal bread? Very strange. The many varieties of shortbread biscuits? Tasteless. Lovely texture - but zero flavour. Even the chai latte had very little flavour. Spent a lot of money on a bland disappointing lunch. Need to whoomph it all up a bit (with flavour and seasoning) and it would be amazing as the techniques are clearly...

Absolutely unbeatable taste, love put into Cookery and excellent coffee , In my opinion top 5 food and drinks SOR The display is mouth watering.

One complaint ; Service , Awful ! Been here a few times now and women are prompted for service over men it appears , Wait staff body language seems not want to engage male customers. On the times I've been here Take out seems to be a minimum of 15 mins and Eat in service at peak with grab n go dishes is up to 40 minutes . On passively telling a wait person I had only parked in a 30 minute parking bay waiting for a coffee and cake the Welsh wait person seemed to almost break into laughter 12 out of 10 for taste 1 out of 10 appears for service at all...

It is a small patisserie. Very small inside. The staff were nice tho and the savoury crepes I had with spinach, chicken and mushroom was OK. The crepe could have been thinner, the chicken was cubed and a bit overcooked but the meal was OK overall. I bought several tartlets to try and honestly they were just OK. Technique was good, quality ingredients but the flavours were not there. I think they may have lost their French appeal to cater to australian tastebuds so I understand. Business is business. No restroom of course being so small. No ramp into the shop but you'll find there is no room inside to maneuver a wheelchair or pram anyway.

Absolutely adored this cafe! The food is next-level delicious — from the stunning French toast and crepes to the perfectly balanced avo toast with bacon (yes, I tried it all and have no regrets). Presentation was chef’s kiss, and the sweets display? Literal heaven. You can tell everything is made with care, and the tea was spot on too. Only thing I’d mention is the seating was a bit squishy — we were basically elbow-to-elbow with strangers. Totally get why though, because it’s clearly a popular spot and worth the hype. Would 100% come back (with stretchy pants and maybe a smaller group 😄)

I love this place. I've only been here for breakfast. My favourite dish is the salmon omelette, which I've never experienced anywhere else. They also do great smashed avo and pancakes. It is very, very popular - much more than their immediate neighbours. Great location looking over the marina. Always busy. Always friendly service - quite often with a French accent! My favourite breakfast place by far, and I don't live in Mandurah. It's worth the drive if you're not a local. By the way - plenty of sweet treats to take away also. Keep up the good work, Lily Paris!
