Little Mermaid Beach at Stingray Point — Attraction in Mandurah

Not a beach as such and no pedestrian access to bathe/swim in estuary, however a scenic vantage point to watch the passing boat parade. N.B. no public toilets. Good shade provided by the large adjacent Fig tree plus some public seating and a small lawn area. No direct vehicle access at this location on the Peninsula, however parking and boat mooring is available within a short walk. Not a suitable location for small or overactive unrestrained childen. Good sealed pathway popular for walkers or joggers to take in the estuary scenery. Small jetty with rails and two seating benches...

This is not a beach, but has great canal views. Dolphins frequent the area. A dog park on part of it makes it extremely popular for walking along the estuary channel. A reasonable car park near the back of the Sofitel Hotel makes it quite accessible. Also a good boat ramp for dangling a fishing line. NB. Wheel...
