Ubereats customers and drivers should avoid them at all cost. Most of the time they allow the customers to place orders and drivers end up going to pick the orders up. At the end, drivers have to listen to them saying they didn’t accept the order or they are out of ingredients. The customers end up waiting for their food/drinks which aren’t coming. Drivers end up waiting time and fuel. They don’t care to log off their Ubereats account when they can’t fulfill the orders they allow customers to make. I have noticed that other restaurants and cafés have the option to view the orders coming through and then accept or reject. Only after the order is accepted, the customer gets the confirmation and driver is being assigned. Since Muzz Buzz Innaloo most often claims to have not accepted the order, they have probably set their Uber app to accept all incoming orders. On a very hot day in the car park my car just stopped in of the road, blocking off the down ramp. I was waving cars around me, getting tooted at! I was so stressed I was close to tears! I finally managed to get it going and thought I’d treat myself to an iced coffee frappe needing something to cool me down. Whilst waiting for it to be made I called my partner to tell them what happened. When my drink was ready I went to pay and she said no, this is on me. Sounds like you have just had a bad experience! Wow I came to write my review on my experience this morning but now find I’m reviewing the last reviewer.
