Honestly, I don't write reviews, but this one deserves it. We've tried 19 different restaurants in Perth, and this is the best for price. Last week, we went to check out offers at Watertown and hopped into this restaurant to try out some crispy chickens. The place was really occupied (later understood why), and the self-ordering system was convenient. The prices were average, but the food was the best. We were welcomed with a smile and greeting by a lady, and after the order was placed, it barely took 10 minutes for the food to come out. The food was served in a paper box and was so great. The food is OK. The chicken congee and Hainanese Chicken rice were tasty, it could be warmer a bit through.

I'm giving the service 1 star as we didn't like the lady who served us. It was 11.20am and it was not busy at all..she looks cranky, didn't smile at all. Worst of all, she was just on her phone constantly. I understand It is selfserve. I was carrying lots of shopping bags with me, and partner who was hobbling due to sore back had to get up and get our order. When the client was just me and my partner. It's not she's busy. She was on her phone.
