Chocolatine Cafe is in a quiet corner down in Lincoln Street, and you might even find some peace of mind here for an hour or so if you stop by. I've always brought my book here to read in the morning and to tell you the truth, the peace of mind can be a bit addictive.
I got the beef bourguignon pie for brekky, which is nothing short of amazing. It tastes very French, which means that the beef is proper good, the pastry's got the right amount of crunch and is nothing like Mrs Mac's from the BP heaters.
The service is always warm no matter who serves you. The coffee is solid, not weak. Goes well with your morning. The owner is from the South of France, so she's very warm and friendly not like those snooty Parisians, and it's got that small city South of France vibe...
