188 Apartments — Hotel in Perth

Clean and modern apartment located centrally, however has horrible management. One of the two elevators was out of order for over a month. Also the under ground parking gate too was out of order for more than a month (additional $200 per month to use in addition to the rent). Due to the malfunction, several cars were broken into, no reimbursements were made but on top of that not even a word of apology, they were only trying to dodge the responsibility and didn’t say a word more. Instead of fixing the gate they replaced it with a new one, and the exisiting remote did not work, if the staff left at a normal time I would not have had anywhere to park until the next day. Also take care to take lots of photos when entering into an agreement, they tried to charge for multiple things upon ending the lease, things like microwave, bed stains etc which all existed prior to moving in. Would have needed to pay if I didn’t have the photos taken prior. Unlike most other places water is seperate and not included in the bill. It does get quite loud at times due to the central location with drunk people and car noises. Also the manner of conduct was perceived as quite rude. Apart from the management aspect everything else was good, nice furnished place and comfortable living in heart...

Terrible customer service. Bad management and no service mind at all of the staffs and the Manager who responded to my request for my $200 deposit. Whenever I stay hotels or serviced apartments, they take around $200 deposit which is acceptable and normal. I have just checked out yesterday. So, I supposed to get my deposit back without any asking from me because it wasn’t my job. However, I have just texted and asked to the property and they told me that I supposed to inform them before I am leaving. So, my question is ‘IS THIS MY JOB TO ASK FOR MY OWN DEPOSIT AFTER...

We stayed here for 3 nights, and we learnt that better booked appartment like this than a 4-5 star hotels. You have big accomomdation, kitchen with big fridge to store things, washing machine if you want to, chairs to sit :) (all of these were not availabe on the hotel we stayed in the next 3 days).
