On Sunday night 18/09 I ordered at the counter with the young girl working there. I paid and got the notification on my phone with the amount taken out of my account. She then said that the payment didn’t go through, so I showed her the transaction on my bank. She said it hadn’t gone through on her system, which I assumed was just a problem with the system since it had taken the money the money didn’t just disappear. She walked into the kitchen and said to the other boy Luke that I had the payment on my phone and that I showed her but it didn’t go through in their system. He was rude and unhelpful to her told basically told her “well too bad”. She then told me there’s nothing they can do. I said so you won’t give me my food I paid for? She said no cos it didn’t go into the system. I understand technology messes up - but the money was taken out of my account. She was extremely rude, did not apologise and the only way she would give me my food is if I paid again. So I paid twice. I then walked away as she walks into the kitchen and loudly starts saying to her co workers how “rude I was” and that it was “my fault” and how I asked for the name of the guy (which I simply asked so when I didn’t get my money back I had someone’s name to say I spoke too). I walked back up to the kitchen and said “sorry I’m still here and I can hear you”. She just looked down and said nothing. I also work in retail and I honestly find the conduct of the staff horrific, especially with no basic empathy and understanding? I didn’t purposely make my payment not go through on your system? I would never treat a customer or even another person that way and then talk rudely about them not even making sure I had led the store first. I paid $27 for my meal in the end as I had to pay twice. I will be looking to get my money back as it was unfair, and honestly made me feel quite sad. Especially if I was in a situation where I couldn’t have afforded to pay twice. The lack of kindness, empathy and understanding was disappointing especially when I was speaking to a girl around my own age. I wouldn’t go back here, which is sad as I worked at red rooster myself a couple of years ago when I was still in...
Read more"I recently visited Red Rooster Innaloo and boy, was it packed! There were more people there than at a One Direction reunion concert. I was worried I might have to wait longer than the lifespan of a fruit fly to get my order, but the staff were moving faster than a caffeinated hummingbird.
The food was great, but as a vegetarian, I couldn't help but feel like a potato out of water. I mean, the chips were delicious, but I needed something more than just spuds to fuel my veggie power. So, my only suggestion for the good folks at Red Rooster Innaloo is to consider adding some vegetarian options to the menu. Maybe some veggie burgers or falafel wraps? Just a thought.
But all in all, it was a great experience. The atmosphere was livelier than a Justin Timberlake concert, and the food was tastier than a donut filled with Nutella. I would definitely recommend it to anyone, just don't forget to bring something for your...
Read moreReddy's sit proudly among the best in fast food, equalled only by Macca's and Nando's with Subway in there too but very different. The chips here are 2nd to none, equally top with Macca's fries and Nando's Peri chips. This is Reddy's greatest asset and must never change. All burgers, rolls, wraps, nuggets, chicken etc are delicious and fresh. However, recently all Reddy's stores removed cheeseburgers and a few other classics from their menu, why? This terrible decision changed my ordering habits, now I get this once every few months whereas before I would eat it once every 3rd day. Rest assured if you ditch the rooster roll next I will never eat here again. Thankfully Chicken Treat still stocks these two items, be them slightly worse tasting than Red. I'm sticking with Chicken Treat regularly until things...
