Domino's Pizza Alexander Heights — Restaurant in Western Australia

It’s Domino's trust me i wasn’t expecting much but when i tell you this was the worst pizza ever served to me please believe me. I’ve worked at Dominos before not even that long ago, i know how easy it is to make a pizza properly. I ordered a chicken pizza and there wasn’t a single piece of chicken on the pizza and there was cheese only on a quarter of the pizza with the other 3/4 literally just being sauce and vegetables. The staff can’t even cut the pizzas properly…as the manager of the store how can you leave people running the store who can’t even cut a pizza. Oh and also to the manager/owner of the franchise, before u put all the blame on the kitchen hand staff, ur dough is old. It looks old, feels old, and tastes old…again i’ve worked at dominos before, u doughed those pans ages ago there was no chance that was fresh. The thing is if i payed like $10-$15 i wouldn’t even make a review but i payed over $30 for a pizza that was just vegetables and sauce, garlic bread and a drink…do yourselves a favour and order pizza from literally any local place offering pizzas before u come order at...

We ordered sooo many times with this store, this store also changed hands in regards to the ownership. Had few issues in the past with the order, they made the order again/ refund with the voucher as well. Then ordered with the new owner of the store, food getting started very well. Ordered delivery today, but again worst food ever, report the issue with the store, they called back and worst ever person over the phone, doesn’t know how to speak with the customer. Instead of solving this issue, don’t listen at all. I told him that how can a delivery boy took the food out of the hot bag and walk 2 houses down to deliver my food especially when it’s raining. Not going to order from this store any more. I used to consider Alexander Heights Dominos as the best Dominos in Perth. I work at another Dominos but buy pizza from this one only because of the quality. This Dominos used to be my only pizza place. I ordered one Spicy Peppy Paneer Pizza on this Tuesday and when I took it home, it had many pieces of chicken and spinach on it! Spinach is fine but the chicken is not! I even remove the Peri Peri sauce from the pizza because it contains eggs! Anyways, when I contacted the store and discussed the same issue, they offered me another pizza; and I demanded to deliver that to my house as a compensation as my house is just 3km away but the manager denied and asked me to pay the delivery fee. He said we can only offer pickup because it was a pickup order! He didn’t even apologise!!! Although this Dominos offer the best food quality but the service is worst.
