Below was my Earlier review. But Due to efforts made by Dominos Management, the team has been changed. It has been a pleasant experience on my last three visits. Not only the accurate, delicious and consistent flavours have returned, But Mohit, Shahdad and rest of the team member's efforts have started to get noticed. Mistakes can happen. I fully understand.
But it is how you deal with them after makes or breaks customers.
Ordered a mean on Sunday the 11th evening at approximately 8:20pm.
Did not receive full order. The Delivery driver was apologetic also offered to return his tip. Obviously I didn't take it back.
He explained that the store was under pressure. Also assured that he will get back with the items. No issues. He was not able to come back and I called at least 5 times and no answer.
Gave them time on Monday to get back to me . No response. On Tuesday the 13th I called at about 1750 hrs and spoke to Emily.
Explained her the situation and she suggested that it was my fault for not calling them back. She also suggested that if I called earlier in the morning they would be in a position to refund.
As per her I was calling her 'late evening' hence they cannot refund for the goods I didn't receive, but paid for. I did inform them about this review, but it was like talking to the wall. I have to add that she was polite.

Read moreUnfortunately I have had multiple bad experiences with this Dominos. The pizza is always overcooked, on multiple occasions they have given us the incorrect drink or substituted it for another one without asking since they didn't have what we ordered and tonight the food was delivered an hour after the estimated delivery time (with the incorrect drink). I completely understand the issue of lack of staff etc and that can make it really difficult however we've been really disappointed multiple times now so it isn't a one off mistake.
EDIT: I complained after making this post and was given a free voucher as a make up. I used the voucher and the pizza was slightly better tasting but it gave me CRIPPLING food poisoning (I think from the Godfather) and set me back a few days. Off Dominos forever now. Such a shame.
NEW EDIT: As I said - this occurred after I made this post on the 9-12-21, not today. The original order and complaint occurred on 6-12-21. The food that was then purchased with this voucher gave me horrific food poisoning. Read more4 months later and still atrocious. Paid extra for priority delivery and apparently they don’t have enough drivers.
Finally arrived after an hour. Was cold. And order was missing some items.
Utterly unacceptable YET AGAIN An absolute disgrace.
We have had issues here before and persevere because the website and app do not allow any other store to be used for delivery but this was the final straw.
Food took over an hour to arrive. Arrived cold and had to be microwaved.
I tried to call store but didn’t answer and put the phone down on me.
I drove to the store and the guy I spoke to was extremely rude and said that answering the phone was not a prioritise when they were so busy and it was not his fault they were understaffed and busy.
Was advised food had just left the store and to call the store if food arrived cold.
I arrived home and food still hadn’t arrived. When it did finally arrive, no surprise it was cold and had to be microwaved.
Very hungry children. Rude staff. Cold food. Despite including a tip to try and incentivise some sort of prioritisation.
Called store and told they couldn’t do anything and needed to call head office.
