Domino's Pizza Wembley — Restaurant in Western Australia

Manager is an absolute dhead; appalling customer service. Spoke to a seemingly new employee over the phone who took over 10 minutes to take my order then told me his computer crashed and to call back in 5 minutes. Ordered again later and was told that the $5 value range pizzas were available for delivery by this seemingly new employee and was quoted $20 ($5 for 3 pizzas + $5 delivery). I specifically ordered over the phone as I could not seem to get the $5 value range option delivered via online order. Upon delivery I was asked to pay $40. After explaining the situation, the delivery person was extremely apologetic and sympathetic (hats off to him) and said he would call his manager to see what he could do. Manager was adamant that I pay $40 despite the miscommunication. It was quite clear that I was not going to pay $40 for 3 value range pizzas, so the sympathetic delivery person specifically asked the manager something along the lines of "would you rather take 3 wasted pizzas and a displeased customer than just accept $20 from the customer?" To my shock and disbelief, the manager maintained that yes, he would rather leave a displeased customer and waste 3 pizzas than accept $20 for what was very clearly a miscommunication by an employee. The delivery person was extremely good in trying to negotiate a compromise but the manager was just pathetically stubborn. Ok so I used to be a regular customer of Domino's back in the 2000s and the pizza was reasonably good. However, my recent experiences with Domino's have been consistently disappointing. The decline in quality and overall experience I can't ignore and I have reached that point where I feel I need to share my thoughts to remind myself not to order from them again.

The pizza I get now just lacks care, flavour and freshness I remembered. The crust today was burnt dry and the toppings seemed sparse and uninspired. It's sucks to see a once go to pizza place fall so short.

After this latest experience, I will remind myself to invest a bit more and look for other options for my pizza cravings. While Domino's used to be a convenient choice, I will go elsewhere not use vouchers and pay more. A...

Amazingly incompetent. Ordered a pizza online requesting no tomatoes - upon getting the pizza home realised it had added extras of pineapple, anchovies and still had tomatoes! Would have happily picked off the pineapple and tomato but could not deal with the overwhelming anchovy smell/taste. Rang them and the guy we spoke to was helpful, repeated the order to us and arranged it to be delivered to us. Again it arrived WITH tomatoes and missing olives! Didn't know whether to laugh or cry, employees at this establishment are clearly incapable of reading and following simple instructions. Don't bother with this place it's the second time they completely messed up our order, Cambridge Pizza guys are much better and actually share more than half a brain...
