What a lovely place to eat. Staff were so friendly. We had complimentary popadoms which was nice. We ordered starters and mains. It was nice to be asked if we wanted them to be brought out together or separately to the mains. Once our mains were finished we were asked when we would like our mains, great service. The chicken sekuwa was juicy succulent and tasty, the home made sauce was delicious. The portion size was huge. The chicken karai had lots of chicken pieces in. The sauce was thick and had a nice amount of veg in it. The manglorean lamb curry was delicious. Its the first time we've seen this on the menu. There was a large portion of lamb which was succulent and the gravey had a nice mix of spices. The garlic naan and butter naan were the best we have had. You could taste the garlic and the butter. The Napali pulau rice was a huge portion. We finished the meal off with homemade Napalese tea and desert. The gulab jamun was warm and sweet and the rasmalie was soft and creamy. All the food was served hot and tasted delicious. You could taste the spices fresh ginger and garlic. This was definitely a very enjoyable meal and great value for money. We would definitely recommend.

Tonight I had the classic butter chicken, goat curry and chick pea curry. To be honest the flavours weren’t there for me despite reading through previous reviews. I’ve eaten at a lot of curry places and when that first mouthful hits your tastebuds you know it’s good. The butter chicken didn’t have that classic vibrant red smooth spice and flavour and was dry. The goat curry was lacking depth and flavour, and was very oily. And the chick pea curry lacking flavour and was very oily also. I also had a garlic naan which I always get which was soggy where with other Indian takeaways/deliveries within 5 minutes it had been firm and crispy. Also had the curry puffs which lacked flavour. Unfortunately I won’t be ordering from here again after spending almost $100 for 1 person (which I usually have over 2 sittings).

Their food is always excellent. One sign of a good Indian restaurant is that each dish tastes unique. Their dishes are consistently flavoursome and authentic. And I’m a picky local Indian!

This rating is purely for customer service not food quality, food was absolutely amazing. However we ordered over 140 dollars of food for a family event, we had to wait an hr and a half for our food to arrive this was after three phone calls to ask when it would be arriving, we live 5 mins from the restaurant. Once food arrived we were shocked to see only half our order was delivered so I had to then call them back once more and was told the driver forgot it, so I then had to drive to the restaurant to collect the order anyway ....

Still being charged for delivery initially for the entire order. And then yes I should have checked the bag before leaving but the pressure of everyone at home now starving I didn't think only then to find out still something is missing so we now wait for a further 20 mins for the remainder of our meal. So for an order placed at 5.45 we eventually at 7.48 received our whole order :( however now cold :( complementary papadums where given ( thanks) but truly not a great first time experience but...
