More Rice — Restaurant in Western Australia

Pricing beware ....We have been loyal customers over the years at More Rice and have always enjoyed the food as an alternative to other takeouts. Tonight however we used their website online ordering system which we picked up and paid for instore. When ordering we noticed price increase and thought oh well they have to cover costs that's life ... however on arriving at store and paying we paid above what the store prices are ...an extra 5$ in total on a $47 order .. all because we ordered online rather than ring through our order and yes this was from the business website. So beware people if you don't want to be overcharged either phone your order through or go in and order at the counter. I'm not sure how long this had been happening for as I haven't noticed it before but surely should be stated on their website. The lady at shop said it was a commission for the ordering system but...

Ordered online then went in-store. The cashier took my cash then proceeded to help in the kitchen and handle food without washing hands. The kid out front did the same when the phones went quiet. Is it so hard to WASH YOUR HANDS or use gloves or tongs when preparing food? When it came the meat in the bento box was absolutely drowning in a watery teriyaki sauce. Very dissapointing considering what they charge. I've travelled to Japan many times - if you're after real Japanese cuisine this isn't it.
