Han's Cafe — Restaurant in Western Australia

The food was very tasty, just the one problem I will mention at the end as to why we will never go back. We got the beef curry, BBQ pork noodles, fried wontons, special fried rice and a cookie monster cocktail each. The curry was addictive, the meat was falling apart in every dish, service was good, but the cocktails had no alcohol in them, we think that maybe both of our cocktails were made using the measurements for one drink and then extra milk was added to make up the size difference. We will not go back though. We were the very first people in the restaurant that day, to the point where we even watched them flip the closed sign while we were standing out the front. No one else came in while we were eating so I was the first person that day to use the bathroom. It was the most vile, most disgusting bathroom I've ever seen. The bin was overflowing onto the floor, not a small bin either which already tells me it's been a long time since it was cleaned. Both of the two toilets were COVERED in old, dried up urine. The seats, the lids, the back of the seats, behind the toilets and the floor were all covered in dry urine it was revolting!! It very clearly hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. I looked at the menu on the official Hans Cafe website and placed a phone order. I tried to order the bbq pork rice from the favourites menu and the lady kept trying to put down bbq pork fried rice. I had to clarify 4 times, even again with another waitress after the phone was handed off to her, even quoting the menu item number. When I got there the price was higher than I expected (by 30%). I showed them their official website with their menu and prices I used to order and the waitress told me that they are old prices and they have new ones. When I queried and said they should update their website, she pointed to the menus on the counter and said the new prices are in there (not helpful when I'm phoning an order through) and that everyone knows that they raised their prices. I don't care that the prices have gone up, that is expected in the current economic climate, but I didn't appreciate the attitude when pointing out that they should update their official website to reflect this.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING service at Hans Warwick tonight. Food was very below average and had minimal flavour. We also ordered 2 x jugs of Pepsi max. We all poured a glass each (x4 ppl) it was flat. I called the wait staff over and explained that it did not taste right. Firstly they didn’t understand what I was saying. I asked for it to be replaced with another drink, she refused and said that because we had poured some that we had to have the rest and why didn’t we have water instead. I then went on to pour some in the glass to show that it was flat as they didnt understand English very well. The way she then spoke to me was next level rude. I pulled her up on her behaviour and then proceeded to tell her that I will not be pay for the jugs of drink. Any other time this has happened at any other restaurant there has been no question and a replacement has been given.
