Read moreExcellent sushi, with good ratio of filling to rice. The Tasmanian with raw salmon is about 75% salmon, with avocado. They're certainly not stingy with the expensive ingredients. You get 5 pieces per $8 tray, and they are very large.
The chef is a really nice man. I got the Big Mac sushi once and he opened it up and crumbled chips over it, saying "this is how my art should be presented". For a hole in the wall at a shopping centre it's very refreshing to see someone take such pride in their craft.
I've never tried their cooked food, but I'm sure it's crafted with similar pride.
My only gripe is that it's hard to get parking at Coventry Morley, because it's always so busy. For a reason, it turns out!
