Stay away from the white older blonde (grey) lady!!! We were looking around and also working with display items (that had no batteries in them) when the white lady came up to us and we declined her service, she decided to hang around us and play with stuff that didn’t need touching, and look at us giving bad looks. We approached her on the matter and she defended herself by saying something along the lines “you guys were playing with the item and I hung around you guys to look at you guys play with it” we weren’t ever going to ask you to help us work it, and mate we told you we didn’t need your help so you didn’t need to stick around us. I would rather not give them a star, false advertising miss representation of a shop in a sale "all floor stock must go" up to 70%off salad slicer I wanted, go to till, how much was the question?? FULL PRICE was my answer, not to be discounted. What in the HELL has happened to customer service these days????????????????? Went in store today to do a return and got ridiculed by the saleswoman and then the male manager.. Never will I buy from this store again, you clearly need to work on your retail skills, whether you have a sale or a return... ..... and while I'm at it...I have lost count how many times this place has had a closing down sale in the years.. What a sneaky attempt to lure customers in.....
