I visited Top Mart Morley on 5 October 2025 at 4:21 PM and purchased a Kantata Ice Sweet Americano (Zero Sugar). Unfortunately, I accidentally left it at the counter after paying. I still have the original receipt and even showed it to the staff when I went back to the store. However, the lady at the counter completely refused to help or even check, simply saying she didn’t know anything about it.
I also tried calling the store several times and sent a message through their contact page, but received no response at all.
Me and my girlfriend used to buy from this store regularly, but after this experience, we’ve decided we won’t shop here again. I had also recommended this place to my friends, but I’ll be informing them about this incident too.
