Our go to hangout spot, when your after a cruisey atmosphere with AMAZING FOOD AND SERVICE. We absolutely love the set up. Restaurant out the front, where it is strictly NON smoking, so if you're after a beautiful meal and lovely staff, but are a bit worried about their "Shisha" onsite, rest assured it will not be an issue. For those who are going directly for the Shisha! Once you enter through the back doors, you're welcomed into, what one could only really say is a giant loungeroom. It's awesome! Grab a lounge with your mates, whislt they set up your Shisha and away you go.
You can eat your takeaway food out there in "The Lounge" and you can smoke.( for all smokers this is a rare bonus) Shame they're still fighting for a liquor license outside, BUT being a drinker myself, I don't find it a huge loss when meeting up for lunch or a Shisha Sesh. (plus they're working on it, really working on it!) The food is truly devine!! Alot is made on site IE pizza bases. The flavors explode, literally, like the chicken wings!! Very well priced with average lunch setting you back $15-20 but with bigger and smaller items, also available. I say, YOU MUST TRY THE SHARE PLATE! Gives you a decent serving of most of their delicacies. There are fresh juices and soft drinks etc and these can also be taken into the lounge. Their Shisha is always on point, and they keep an eye on how it's going for you every time. You'll be a Shisha pro before you know it. The standard Shisha goes for roughly $25, but with all sorts of extras to choose from your make it even better. What I love most about this place is, it's a small business trying to provide what the public wants. They wear their name on their sleeve literally and their livelihood relies on their business. This always means; top notch service, individual/enticing set up, food that can NOT be replicated elsewhere and an overall welcoming and enjoyable experience from when you arrive to when you leave. ☺ ...

When I walked in, the lady dressed in all black with black hair in pony tale did not welcome myself and others with a smile.
Eventually I got a seat and went to order after checking out the menu.
The lady did not smile at all. It looked as though she was being forced to be there.
I concluded that maybe she was having a bad day. Either way, do not bring your personal issues to work if that's the case. It messes up business.
I kept a close eye on everything and noticed that she just treated everybody like an irritation that she couldn't wait to get rid of.
One customer asked her to make a serving suggestion and she responded "I don't know. It's up to you guys!" "How did this lady get the job!?" I asked myself! When a customer asks for a suggestion, you ask them what they like and take interest in knowing their taste. It's part of the business!
I took pictures of the place and if you look closely, you'll be able to see the lady in the picture. I don't think she should lose her job. I just think she needs more training in the catering business.
The bad customer service left a bad taste in my mouth and, I highly doubt I'll ever go back. It's nothing personal!
Food always tastes better served with a smile from...
Read moreFirst time visiting this place and was very disappointed with the service. According to their house rules only 2 ppl per shisha (which is profitable tactic as no other shisha place that I have been to does this).
In total we were 12 of us and three were non smokers. However, the ones that did not smoke bought food from their restaurant and were sitting with the smokers.
We got approached by the manager/owner as if he was a bouncer and told us there were not enough shishas to people. When tried explaining to him that there were non smokers in the group and that they even ordered food that’s about to be served. He replied back with a don’t care attitude and even told the non smokers to leave, this time in a more aggressive manner. Surely there was a better way to handle this situation and spoken to politely would have to been a good start.
The non smokers including myself then left the shisha area and sat at the dining area where we served with takeaway containers instead. This has been the worst experience I have had at a restaurant to say the least. Will not recommend this to anyone!!
Edit: From his reply below, apparently buying food from his restaurant...
