Often don’t have items I want to order. Most recent experience the drive through screen was down and one item ordered was not available but they didn’t advise us of this until we asked why I wasn’t on the order. Would seem logical to inform us it wasn’t available at the point of attempted order, wouldn’t you think? I wonder if the drive through screen not working means they would’ve attempted to charge us for this item... Service is generally slow with rude or unsatisfactory customer service skills. One server commented on my appearance inappropriately, asking was I feeling okay, that I don’t look well to paraphrase. Which I found completely unnecessary and inappropriate for her line of work. Take my order, take my money and give the food to me. Don’t comment on my appearance, for all she knew I was just out of hospital and after a comfort meal (which I was)

The sign about “suggestive selling” is visible in the walk in counter which I know is something staff are expected to do but for it to be that visible to customers is off-putting.

The outdoor seating area is always filthy.

They use too much sauce in burgers. Like 3 times as much compared to other stores. Maybe to mask poorly cooked food? The assumptions can go on for days, but I’ll let the customers...

So glad it was open after 10 p.m. but the walk-in service closes at 10 p.m. then got a negative from one person but a positive from another to order from the drive-thru pay and pick up Window. There was me and one of the car when I had parked. Which seemed like 2 minutes before and after 10 p.m. peak moment. 😷Then I went back to the car and drove through the drive-thru and unable to wind down the window, 😁 had to open my door to talk then open again to pay and pick up. Not hungry Jack's fault 🤣😁😏 that I was having window issues with the car. The only fault with the order two watermelon 🍉 and one Coke burstie and all with rainbow bubble bursts. The guy said as we picked them up the bursts we're down the bottom. All three didn't have any. The shake machines wasn't working at this time. Now I have to thank myself for reminding me to give hungry Jack's mount Lawley a call. Everything else was perfect 😉

Update to the review. I have just spoken with the manager and next time we visit I will receive a refund for the missing rainbow bubbles. So that's $3. Major winfall lol free 3 bubbles. I'm going to hit him up for extra extra extra bubbles x 3 instead. Might as go for the trifecta can I have free cheeseburgers and fries 🍟🍟🍟 seriously I kill...
