Going to this hungry jack’s has made me decide to never eat at hungry jack’s again. I would give zero stars if I could. They stuffed up a burger order in drive thru, putting cheese in something we asked for no cheese. which we got them to re-confirm twice in drive thru. As we drive away I checked the burger to discover it had cheese. Low and behold we had to park and go inside which defeats the purpose of drive thru in the first place. I mentioned I got cheese in the burger - the staff member was un-apologetic. Gave me a replacement burger, which by the time I got in the car I realized they had once again put cheese in. So had to go inside again. Asked to speak to the manager and he showed no initiative to realize how they had messed up so much. He hardly looked me in the eyes and said sorry but just said the staff had grabbed the wrong burger. I feel a refund offered at this point or some kind of eye contact and genuine apology they will do something to try and fix this Problem. Overall Terrible problem resolution shown by manager. If I could rate 0 stars I would!!! I spent $50 after a night out at the theatre with my aunty, we stood waiting for 10 minutes before we turned to the kiosk (we wanted to get rid of loose change). I order a medium ice chocolate, the first one tasted as if the milk was out of date and then when I asked for it to be remade the worker clearly didn’t check the milk as it tasted as disgusting as the first time!!! Fast food lacks hygiene but this is lowest I have ever experienced.

To make our night even better there was a huge cockroach in the restaurant where my aunty and I intended on sitting, we moved away and this vile bug was climbing on the seats, the worker came out into the restaurant to clean it, saw the bug, and ignored it. Coming from someone who previously worked in fast food I am appalled by the disgusting standards of the store, my money wasted on an off drink and the turn off to enjoy my dinner.
