Wow stunned at the service I just received from hungry Jack's I just had to say something . Drove into drive through happy n cheerful , ASKED young girl for a chicken m cheese Burger and 2 ice creams . Easy and girl pleasant .
Sat in car park and was so surprised the Burger was small but really good!!! So...I drove back around and ordered another. Could I have same chicken n cheese Burger please . Parked in car park UNWRAPPED but was beef . No probs I'll just go back and swap it ....right?
Wrong . Simple task .....swap my Burger for chicken Instead of beef . The Middle aged man who served me immediately became defensive . ". What's wrong with it!!" You WANT BACON AND BEEF?"
No I replied , I just ate and enjoyed a chicken n cheese Burger and just want same again. But I got beef by mistake .
He then said ,. " We have never served a chicken n cheese Burger,. You are at the WRONG PLACE !!!"

Without going into boring detail this man called ROGER who is the MANAGER !! LOL continued to say I never ordered a chicken n cheese Burger and asked me for additional money to have a different Burger. Waaat? Again he said,. Hungry Jack's do not have chicken n cheese burgers !!
In the meantime whilst this manager was busy arguing with me, the young girl apologised and explained to ROGER that they do infacr serve chicken n cheese burgers . He stood there for a second with his mouth open, then turned around and mumbled something about lettuce. .and walked off.
So simple , so easy .....take note ROGER THE MANAGER you made a quick simple order by a happy customer into something negative . Don't call your customer a liar. You made me feel extremely...

The lady that took the order, via the microphone, said the price was now $4.10, not $2. My Mother said she was looking at their menu board and the price was $2. The girl asked my Mother to drive through to the window where my Mother was very hautily advised that this girl would change the menu board but my Mother had to pay the new price of $4.10. She spoke very rudely to my Mother who came home so upset and shaking because of how she was spoken to by this girl, who said she was the Manager. Well done, HJ's, for the sake of $2 you have lost my Mother as a customer and all her family as well. Was it worth it when your board reflected the old price anyway?
