Ended up visiting ‘I Love Crepes & More’ because it was fortunately open on a Thursday. I had high hopes of indulging in a delightful crepe experience, but alas, my taste buds were met with disappointment and my eardrums with a cacophony of noise. The apple, butter and cinnamon crepe I ordered seemed to have taken its yoga practice a bit too seriously, as it arrived stiff and overcooked, lacking the soft, delicate texture that one expects from a crepe. It was a sad sight indeed, like a crepe trying to impersonate a biscuit. As if the crepe's identity crisis wasn't enough, our attempt at having a relaxing conversation was thwarted by the relentless roar of a blender in the background. This wasn't just any blender; it was a powerhouse of noise, sounding like it could blend rocks into dust and rock the entire neighborhood in the process. Trying to chat over this blender symphony felt like participating in a shouting match with a jet engine. If it weren’t for this, I could’ve stayed to finish my ice cream. In the end, our visit to I Love Crepes and More left us with a crispy crepe memory and a newfound respect for the power of kitchen appliances. If you're looking for a peaceful crepe-eating experience, you might want to bring earplugs and a sense of humor to tackle the crunchy crepes and blender serenades.🤭 Bon appétit and brace your eardrums! 🔊🤣

The food here was beyond excellent, it was very good, but the staff have to work on a few things. Firstly, cooking speed. I understand the fact there is only one chef and one hot plate, but the time taken to cook is rather slow. Waited about 30 mins for a single crepe. However, the crepe was excellent, and was worth every second of the boredom. Secondly, the cleaning. Everything was really clean, without a spot of dirt on lots of surfaces, but when I was waiting I saw a table there, still with scraps on it. But this wasn’t there for five minutes. Not even 10. That table was there for around 15-20 minutes uncleaned. I know, and acknowledge the fact there is few employees, but you should probably work on that. The presentation is very good, attached to this review is an image of a crepe purchased here. Also, I could taste every element in the crepe. I could taste the butter, the apple, and just about everything inside this crepe. Overall, if you want to come here, come during school hours or working hours, as there will be less people and less wait time. Very good, keep up the tasty creations!

Wonderful new desert locale run by a local family. French buckwheat style crepes. I was lucky enough to preview some of the fare just as we rolled into lockdown, but it also meant that I was given the rare opportunity to speak to the owners Vejsil and Sandra. Their focus is on bringing true French-style crepes and belgian waffles to the neighbourhood, both sweet and savory. A passion project of Vejsil which he's honed for 4y prior in Adelaide. And it shows. Delectable carefully sourced local fresh ingredients gloriously sing with European cream and butter, and of course, all wrapped in perfectly formed crepe that's neither too thin nor too pankcake like. As their first customer, I was also treated to a preview of their uniquely sourced coffee from Burma with beans from the "Flower City" of Pyn oo lwin. Look forward to trying their savory selection when lockdown's lifted! Can't wait.

We had three crepes on the night and ice-cream. Salmon & Spinach: It was really nice, the crepe and cheese were wonderful. A little on the salty side as smoked salmon tends to be quite salty already and there was additional salt which perhaps is not required. Chicken & Mushroom: Crepe, cheese, mushroom were excellent, chicken could perhaps use some spices. Apple pie, butter & cinnamon: This one, was not as great as the savoury crepes we had.. There was no butter taste and the sauce drizzled on top, to put it politely was not particularly pleasant (tasted a bit like cough syrup). The ice-creams (Viet coffee, Peanut-butter fudge) were very good

Overall, Enjoyed the experience, the atmosphere/music inside and majority of the food. However, it did seem rather quite when we went.

Few improvements/suggestions to take on board The cutlery set for dine in could be metal and the plates glass? The cutlery did say recyclable but it felt a bit odd dining in on a styrofoam? plate and non-reusable cutlery. 100% believe regular re-usable cutlery is required and explanation from the staff that the cutlery as an example is environmentally friendly. The staff on the night were two girls One was very shy The other looked quite unhappy. Both could improve their service and hospitality by being more welcoming and engaging. Social media presence in this day and age is vitally important, posts/specials/gimmicks are required daily/weekly to keep new customers interested and build up a loyal customer base.

I do hope this place continues to grow and some of the suggestions are taken onboard. We will be back regardless for some of the savoury crepes.
