Muzz Buzz - Joondalup — Restaurant in Western Australia

Saturday 26/2/2022 approx 10.00am. I ordered 1/2 strength skinny iced lattes 1x Rbo and 1x tall plus grande iced coffee. Checked that girl had the order - did she want to write it down? ‘No I’ve got it’ …you sure? ‘Yes’. She then charged me $25.40. I don’t normally check but I felt last sat that I’d been over charged (it seemed to cost a lot) so this time I checked. I said to her you’ve charged too much - ‘no I haven’t ‘. I asked can you please check …quite a few minutes go by and she says ‘oh I charged you for a frappe’. Then told me what she should have charged. I again said no, that’s not right. Finally my coffees are ready and she leans over and says ‘right I’ll take that one because it’s a grande and you wanted a tall - that’s where the error is’. I couldn’t believe it. By this stage I’d had enough and said ‘just leave it but please treat customers with more respect and write orders down and don’t rip people off’. Muzz buzz prices are almost out of the ball park without this. Then to make matters worse our ‘iced lattes’ were warm - must have left the milk out all morning. They were horrible.

Last trip to muzz buzz after being regular customer for years. Standards have dropped so far and they are hiring people who would rather act smart and try and do things in their heads and nothing adds up and orders are wrong! V...

I am really surprised at some of these bad reviews ☹️ I have been going to Muzz Buzz everyday since March 2022 when I moved up here. I get a Grande Flat White extra hot everyday day. It is the best coffee and made just how I like it and its hot, yay. All the girls are awesome and friendly. It’s a pleasure to be serviced by them and look forward to their happy smiling faces and there is never a bad attitude. On the very very odd occasion I’ve had a coffee a bit weak but it happens. Can be really busy most days and to me that says it all about the coffee and service 👍. And there are those days if they see my car in the line they have my coffee ready as soon as I’m at the window. And even some days when super busy they bring it out to me, wow what service

Love going here each day. I was worried when I moved I would struggle to find another good coffee place but Muzz Buzz Joondalup hits the spot. .

The frappe’s and smoothies are delicious, my daughter loves them. The coffee is hit and miss, it can be good but it’s very overpriced. The main reason behind my 3-star review the service. While the staff are kind, I frequently can’t purchase any food because they turn their oven off as early as 2pm, two whole hours before closing. It seems the staff are just too lazy to make the food because every time I order something as simple as a toastie or croissant, they will tell me “sorry we’ve already turned our oven off for the day”. I’m not sure why this is the case, I doubt the oven takes two hours to clean so this is unacceptable. If you aren’t serving food, don’t advertise it! Or at least clearly state “only serving food until 2pm” on the menu. Overall, 3 stars because it’s still good drinks, but has a lot of room for...
