Service was quick and hassle free, but I felt that I was nothing more than just a customer to the guy, there was no human level connection. The food was varying in quality (I had a five star box), but it was mostly poor. I was given what was quite obviously a piece of chicken that had been sitting there for a good while and the flesh had changed color from white to a yellowish brown, and was somewhat rubbery. It should've been blatantly obvious to whoever picked out this piece of chicken that it should not be served and is now better off being thrown out, however it seems the staff working today don't seem to care all that much about the quality of the food they're serving to their customers, otherwise they'd likely have noticed that both the chips and the popcorn chicken were stale. The bread of the mini wrap thing was also somewhat stale, I ended up feeding most of my chips and bread to the birds outside my car.
Although not entirely shocking, this visit was a reminder of the disappointment one should expect when visiting a branch of a giant fast food corporation who cares more about numbers and efficiency rather than the overall quality of services they provide...

Got to pick up my wrap and hubby looked in the bag for the bacon (because I got a Caesar wrap from maccas asking for the bacon on the side and they just plain left it off completely and didn't realise until we got hom?!), couldn't find it. Asked the staff where's the bacon. He said "oops it's in the wrap. Want me to take it out for you??" Yeah nah, thanks. Maybe if they weren't busy I'd get it. But there was once customer in front and one behind. That's it. Also, comparing to maccas, they used cheese singles!? š Caesar has parmesan. Not cheese singles. WTF?! On the plus side, the chicken was cooked perfectly (had it grilled). But it's a chicken restaurant so that would be a low blow if...

Drove in, waited in line (for a reasonable amount of time) asked them to correct it, they got it wrong AGAIN! It eventually took the manager himself to make my order because the others couldn't do it.All up my simple order (I had only asked for a streetwise feast, nothing else) took over 40 minutes from ordering to receiving... and considering I only live 3 minutes down the road then the majority of this was spend in store.Not very fast food.
Note: I was not the only one having difficulty either. I observed a poor lady who's food was not cooked properly, so she waited 10 minutes for a replacement...
