Highly recommended not to try this place out. Once at lunch time ( about 11.30-1 I cannot remember exactly) I , the only customer there, went there for lunch. I ordered a katsu bento to dine in, the food came out quickly ( happy about that as per the time limit). The dish was not enjoyable as the meat was OVERLY covered with mayo. I could not taste the meat at all due to the ridiculous amount of (not-so-tasty either) I had to ask the shopkeeper (chef and seems to be the only staff working there) for some sort of spicy sauce ( tried to be polite... even though deepdown I just want my money back.) She didn't have anything except chilly oil , I took it with gratitude. I did my best to put the food into my digestive system. Later, I was about to leave, I asked for the bin so I could help clean up and binned the bento container ( at first, I ordered the takeaway version; yet, the food was ready in no time. Thus, I sat down and ate there. The lady then said not to bin the plastic bento container. She said she would bin it in her bin. I was looking ( open kitchen and you can see to where her bin was) , feeling " something is not quite right" in my gut. and yes, she went to the bin and place the used bento container on the table above the bin. I assumed she was going to reuse it. yuck....! honestly.
Not long ago, I decided everyone deserved a second chance. So I ordered soup noodles for both my partner and I via Ubereats. I ordered soup combination egg noodle, and my partner's tom yum noodle. mind you, my partner eats almost everything edible! and on that particular day, he was quite intoxicated. He had a mouthful of the tomyum noodle with the soup as well. I tasted it and the instant noodle tasted better than that. He pushed the bowl away and said it was disgusting and all he could tasted was MSG. First time in our 8 years relationship that he refused to eat a meal. Luckily , we received the refund from the ubers. But never...

Have been going to Winged Wok for several years for our regular Thursday lunchtime treat of Chilli Prawns. Two years ago the price was $11.90 then last year this went up to $13.90. A month ago we went in and was informed that if we use a credit card then there would be a 10% surcharge. According to the ACCC website, credit card surcharges can't exceed the cost of accepting the card or four percent, whichever is the lowest amount, even if it costs the business over that amount to process your credit card payment. So effectively that would bring the cost to $15.20. We have been paying cash since then. Today we were informed there had been another price increase as the cost of everything had gone up. Thinking to ourselves probably $1 or $2 at the most, but no ..... $4 !!! So now the same thing we were paying $11.90 two years ago is now $19.70 if paying by credit card.
Needless to say we won't be back. Very...
Read moreI ordered a laksa because it was cold and wanted. Warm meal. I was charged $19 for this bowl which looked and tasted disgusting. U was starving so proceeded to eat it but I was halfway done and I felt nausea. My stomach started aching. What followed was severe stomach ache and rounds to the toilet. I got severe explosive diarrhoea and it happened 4 times in the next one hour. Then 3 times in the second hour of eating this. The chicken in it seemed off. I will be proceeding with a legal complaint. I felt like I would collapse. Please starve but...
