Terrible Experience – Awful Service – Never Returning!

Had an extremely disappointing visit to Pizza Hut Spearwood. The staff lacked professionalism and showed no concern for customer service or satisfaction. It was clear that they had little interest in ensuring a good experience for their customers.

One particular employee (wearing glasses, of average height, and appearing to be of Indian descent) was especially rude and disrespectful. His attitude made the visit even more unpleasant. I ordered a BBQ Chicken Pizza, specifically requesting no mushrooms and less sauce. However, my order was completely ignored, and after waiting for one and a half hour, I was given a pizza with an inedible hard crust, overloaded with onions, and BBQ sauce. Even the chicken was burnt and was in unacceptable quantity.

To make matters worse, the hygiene at this place was unacceptable. The staff member was not wearing a cap, gloves, or an apron, and there was an unpleasant smell in the restaurant, making me seriously question their food safety standards.

In short, this place is a disaster—poor service, unprofessional staff, and questionable hygiene. It's not worth the money or the visit.

Worst Experience - Horrible Service – Never Going Back!

Had the worst experience at Pizza Hut Spearwood. The staff was highly unprofessional, with zero sense of customer service and satisfaction. It felt like they couldn’t care less about the customers.

One of their employee (with glasses and average height, who seems to be Indian) was incredibly rude and disrespectful. His attitude made the experience even more frustrating. I ordered a BBQ Chicken Pizza and asked to remove the mushrooms and fewer onions, which he deliberately ignored and handed me a pizza with a hard crust, which was not edible, full of onions, mushrooms and even the chicken was burnt.

On top of that, the hygiene standards were awful. No cap, no gloves, no apron, and even there was some sort of disgusting smell, which made me question the quality and hygiene of the food as well.

Overall, this place is a mess—poor service, rude employees, and no regard for hygiene. It's definitely not worth a visit and a total waste of money.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. We ordered and pre-PAID for our food. We should up 20 min late to the arrival time and we’re told that supposedly someone by the same order name picked it up already - the likely hood of this is so out there that we feel confident it was all a scam. We we’re told we would need to re-order and re-PAY again! We requested to speak to the manager and after about five long minutes of watching the front clerk pretend to work he returned to us and said he WAS the manager. NEVER have I received a worst customer service experience. It took some arguing and the “manager” finally agreed to remake us our food at no EXTRA cost. The whole time he glared at us and whispered to his coworkers clearly directed at us. It was so uncomfortable we were unsure whether we should even eat what they made for us.
