👎👎👎👎👎Very unprofessional, rude & incompetent young girl….. Posted the review above about a staff member 3 weeks ago. Got a response from management that reversed the blame onto me & yet was totally untrue. As there was no way of responding to or defending the negative response from restaurant, had to delete review (maybe restaurant hopes for that to happen if they reverse response & make reviewers look bad!), so am reposting with what actually happened. On top of the staff member being unprofessional, rude & incompetent, she obviously either got the wrong person or lied to cover herself. As I never have or would demand a takeaway order be made first, despite the order having been placed long before, I know the response comments to be false, & as I recall, what prompted me to write the initial review on the bad service was due to the fact that having patiently waited for the order to be prepared & watching it being prepared & packaged, the young upstart promptly placed the completed order on the back counter & approached the next customer to serve. As that was totally unprofessional that she didn’t follow through & bring order across to me, & it would have meant me waiting for her to serve the customer right down the line to payment, I said that I thought the order just placed behind was the one I was waiting for, & with no apology for ignoring me she bluntly said not to be rude & interrupt her serving a customer!!!! She was still putting her gloves on & had not even started!!! Plus it was her mistake! So just to let management know not to be quick to respond in a negative way reversing blame on reviewers due to unprofessional, rude staff members not telling the real story. As the atmosphere in the restaurant is negative, you might want to rather employ pleasant, helpful staff members like some of the other...

I'm kind of over zambreros now. I used to love it but tonight I got my usual nachos and went home disappointed . the sour cream and guacamole were dolloped right into the middle. They'd always previously put it on the edges which to me made sense so that your entire meal isn't covered in it and you can just dip the chips in as you want. But this way it just became one giant whole mixed mess, you no longer get corn with it, just diced tomato. Booo. Also I wish they'd use scoop sizes for serving all their salad toppings too instead of just using their hands. because otherwise the amount you get can vary wildly each time. The girl obviously had gloves on while doing this, but then I don't know if their policy is that they have to keep them on the whole time until serving the next customer , But she had her gloves on when she put the lid on my order. Thereby leaving bits of stuck tomato all over the lid so when she handed it to me I then got tomato on my perfectly clean hands. So I'm hoping this isn't a policy and staff could maybe think about taking their gloves off to put the lids on our orders. Staff were perfectly polite though and good service and tidy venue. It's just the food that unfortunately...

I usually go to the Willeton store and it looks like I'll be trekking there again rather than coming here - the service I received was mediocre at best. It's a shame, the person in front of me was being served by a really lovely girl (can't remember her name, although I think she was Asian) but unfortunately I was served by an older lady who looked like she was doing everything begrudgingly and that she didn't want to be there. My usual order at Willeton is no problem and they nail it every time, but for some reason here it really wasn't up to standard even though it's the exact same thing. When I asked for a little bit of sauce on my quesadilla, I was told that she didn't want to put it on because it would trickle out onto the surface of the toaster press and that she didn't want to clean it up. Surely that's nothing too horrendous to clean up? A little bit of sauce? If Willeton can do it (and very well) why can't you? Finally, the container she put the quesadillas in was the wrong one, and the insides spilled out all over it by the time I got to opening it.

Not a great experience here, go to Freo or Willeton if you want...
