Pompei Pizza — Restaurant in Western Australia

Terrible pizza and I was charged more for ordering online! The old man making the pizzas has very long hair and he should be wearing a hair net or hat or have a haircut, He didn’t wear any gloves when making my pizza and the sides of my pizza was all burnt when he cooked it. I ordered my pizza on MenuLog for collection and was told to go pick it up in 20 minutes but my pizza wasn’t even made when I got there, I had already paid for the pizza online and was shocked to find that I was charged $28 for a pizza that would only cost me $22 If I ordered it in the store. The lady was very rude to me about it when I asked why it was much more expensive on MenuLog and told me that I should not order online and I should order in the store to pay less if I want to save money! This is a disgusting attitude to have especially since these days everything is online, Customers should not be penalised for paying online, I will definitely not be coming back and will not be recommending...

I took my Daughter to get pizza and sit and relax and have a meal together. As we haven't had pizza in a while, we decided to go to. Upon arrival we said hello to staff and we were greeted with zero. I again said hello to a young lady and she eventually said hello. I found the place to have changed, not the shop but the atmosphere was uninviting.I heard the owner being upset with a young staff member continuously. I did see when locals walked in to collect their meals they were greeted in a nice manner. The food was okay but we wont be going back there again. I used to go there lots when I lived in Dianella. I ordered a cabonara for take away and was expecting it to be in a creamy sauce because that what the website says. When I got home the pasta was dry, there didn’t seem to be any cream and I couldn’t taste any cream. I called the owner asking for a refund because I didn’t get what I expected and he said they dont allowed refunds because if you put too much cream people complain and are scared of getting fat and that is why they don’t use a lot of cream and that they’ve been open for 25 years and no ones complained.
