Nando's Kalgoorlie — Restaurant in Western Australia

I grew up with the very first Nandos near to my childhood home so I am very aware of what to expect from the brand. The food here was great, as I ordered the usual half chicken and chips in extremely hot sauce. Chips were cooked in clean oil and perfect! The “leather” seats at the tables are dismal. Cracked and there is hardly any foam in them to support a small child, which I most definitely am not. Definitely needs a revamp. I tried three different tables and finally just sat down. One other table with 2 patrons in the whole restaurant and the staff brought out my meal to the that table, then realized it wasn’t for that table and took my food back to the kitchen. I overheard the other table telling each other about the mishap. When I questioned where my food was, I was told that the staff didn’t not know where I was sitting. ?? Needless to say, my food was then handed to a drive through customer and I had to wait again. When it did come, the meal was warm and delicious. ...

The Person at the counter who was supposed to take my order did not speak English at all. This made it extremely difficult just to order food.

On top of that they eventually brought out the food but forgot to bring the chips.

I know a mistake like that can happen, HOWEVER i had to go and remind them 3! times and each time they apologised and said they forgot.

Not happy at all. Staff doesn't speak english and they didnt serve what was ordered and i had to remind them several times, which made the overall experience of having food there unpleasant.
