Bathroom mats drenched, sinks dirty, hallway stunk like bad perfume mixed with soap

Customers left locked entry doors open

Junkies in stair well near laundry

Got told to take water outside in a jug so I didn't have to enter the premises

Paid 130 a night for back packer room, which I liked as the decor matched my obsession with art deco and extravagant outlandish over the top furniture

After the stench of cheap soap, asked to be moved, bar manager wrnt psychotic, angry, abused me in aloud voice in a room full of lunch patrons after I said my 230 two day stay paid her wages, which she screamed out aloud that it didn't, which it dies, it's called Hospitality ( which that person lacks) most staff pleasant especially lady who chcked me in

Worst night club I've ever seen, 😪, the music , enough to make you cringe and go to northbridge in 1997, minus the MDMA and fluoro glow...

Thought we would try this place as its reviews were in line with other pubs nearby. Wish we had tried another one. Miserable attitide from the lady at the bar when ordering. The garlic bread came out within 4 mins and had obviously been microwaved as it was soggy. No sooner than we finished the chicken schnitzel came out, served by yet another miserable person. It was hot, but seemed to have been pre cooked and then deep fried as the crumb was almost black. The side salad and chips were pretty good though. Overall average food at above average prices but served too quickly. The only person who had a pleasant attitude was the (we think New Zealand) lady wiping tables who saw ours was dirty and cleaned it for us whilst chatting and being very pleasant. Went for dinner with friends. Food delivered was ok, kids meals came out about half an hour before the adults so the kids were ready to tear the place apart. Crispy skin salmon wasn’t crispy. Ribs and chips were supposed to be served with coleslaw which wasn’t served and questioned was told, run out! No alternative offered by the young waitress. So 2 meals to our group came out with a 1/3 of the meal missing. Dread to think if they had run out of ribs, would they have told us or just served chips and coleslaw?

Went to pay, told the manager the above that we were disappointed and the response was, oh the kitchen is a little off. At this point the chef set fire to a wok in the kitchen and the fire alarm went off! Quite frankly the service was dreadful and it...
