NeNe Chicken — Restaurant in Western Australia

I bought chicken Kdog with cheese. I've been visiting this store once a week and will spend atlest 40bucks on each visit. While my 9 year old eating her kdog..she told me mum I feel it is raw..she continued eating the cheese and the half sausage and she left the batter. When I checked,it was all raw not cooked. I took that straight as I was very upset that my daughter ate uncooked food. The gal that was in the kitchen told me I had to buy another one and will give me 15percent discount..I was pissed off as there was no single apology and she said we ate the cheese and the sausage which was about 3 cm in length. I then asked her if itbis fair for me to receive half cooked food when i paid a full price and i expect the food to be safe. How if my daughter is sick. She then replied, if your daughter is sick..come back I will give you 15 percent discount. It is so pathetic to know that Nene chicken at cockburn employed such employee who doesn't have empathy,customer service ,food safety knowledge. Extremely disappointed and im not going to go to this...

First time trying NeNe's chicken! Had high hopes according to what ive heard. Arrived ravenous, wasnt too busy so thought id get quick service. Waited 5-10 minuets to be served. To be fair looked like there was minimal staff on. I asked about the flavour of the sauces on menu and was stared at like I was from Mars. Obviously giving a customer any explanations about food was too much work for a Sunday. After a brief description I opted for the 4 piece wings and drums with the Swicy basting (sweet chilli flavour). I was waiting for this order for 45 minuets. Who wouldv'e thought chips and chicken would take this long! Apon recieving my food I could see it was mediocre at best. Coleslaw was drenched in tasteless cream inedible. Chicken was ok nothing to write home about tho. Hubby ordered the original chicken burger with freakin hot basting. Chilli was on point but the burger had a fishy taste again inedible. Safe to say this establishment will never be graced with our presence again! Get you act together NeNe's!! No photos because they are...

I cannot say this is the worst nor best NeNe Chicken establishment.

Like always, the chicken is 'finger licking good' with a variety of flavour options.

The establishment is clean to a acceptable standard.

And the prices are what you expect; nothing cheap and nothing too expensive, but you definitely get a decent amount for your buck.

I would recommend getting the 'Wings & Drumettes 30pc flavoured for $39.50' as there is no issue in feeding 1-3 individuals and you get more value for your dollar.

As mentioned, this isn't the best NeNe Chicken establishment; unfortunately for the establishment, it lacks in space and adequate staff.

The staff isn't rude but their social interaction skills need improvement.

Also, do not waste time in ordering sides or unique menu items, as they will be either unavailable or not worth the cost and time.
