Amazing food and very fast service. We ordered two Chilli Con Carne Tacos (Hot because why get Mexican if you’re going to choose the Mild or Moderate option), one Beef Taco, one Chicken Taco, a Beef Enchilada, Jalapeño Poppers, Hot Chips and two sides of Guacamole.

The food came out very fast, not long after the Fruit Tingle Cocktail had arrived. While the table for 2 was a bit small for all the dishes, the staff were very helpful in making it all fit.

The Jalapeño Poppers were deliciously spicy and the serving was quite large considering it was shared between only 2 people.

The Tacos were so delicious and not overstuffed to the point where everything falls out. They had the perfect amount of cheese and the small taco stands were very helpful. The Chilli Con Carne Tacos were my favourite especially with some Guacamole spread on top of them.

The Beef Enchilada was amazing with the melted cheese smothered on top and I personally think we did not need a side of Hot Chips as we already had plenty of food.

While everything was great, the tables did seem a bit too close together so it seemed rather cramped. It was also unfortunate that the small pots of Guacamole were $4.50 each as you don’t get much but also I feel all the dishes should just come with it as it’s a big part of what makes Mexican food great (it’s like having to pay extra to put cheese...

I have been to Pancho’s Mexican restaurant several times with family and friends, initially my sister and I went to dinner and were looking for a new experience in dining so when I saw the sign I said let’s try this one, it was the best decision I have made regarding a restaurant, it was super busy but we managed to get a table for 2, the deco is superb, very mexicana and in good taste, the service is excellent, very welcoming and cannot be faulted, the food is awesome, the menu has a great selection to chose from, the drink selection is wide and varied, I chose the steak(well done) with potato and salad and a jungle juice drink, my sister Pat chose the chilli con carne and a coffee, the steak was perfect, it came with a pepper sauce, the potato was sliced and sat on a layer of melted cheese with a white sauce, so combined the whole meal was very delicious and filling, the jungle juice was very pleasing to the taste buds and the fruit was a good palate cleanser, through our time in the restaurant the staff came by and asking if we needed anything else, I found this close service very refreshing, I highly recommend giving Pancho’s Mexican restaurant a try, I also book in advance because they are...

Avoid this place if you are sensitive to gluten! We specifically ordered the fajitas with CORN tortillas, as people in our party have huge GI issues with gluten. Despite this, our server brought us FLOUR tortillas! We flagged our server but he didn't seem to understand the difference between flour and corn tortillas, and kept insisting they were "tortillas". Yes, we knew that, but wanted the corn ones we ordered. After going around in circles for a few minutes we gave up, and those that couldn't eat gluten just piled the fajitas on some corn chips we'd ordered earlier. The flavor of the fajitas was off somehow, and i didn't enjoy it. Definitely a disappointing meal. Mgmt definitely needs to train their staff on the differences between these two types of tortillas!

Also, I appreciate that many people seem to love the Mexican-adjacent theme, but I bounced off hard from the place: I found it extremely loud, and the tables packed way too close together. I wanted to leave almost as soon as I'd sat down. You might like the loud, in-your-face atmosphere but it...

RIPPED OFF!! Tonight we looked for Mexican take away. Menu sounded great. Chilli con Carne described as best ever (slop almost no meat) on a bed of special rice (none came), topped with melted cheese (no), sour cream (a little spoon full), diced tomatoes ( couldn't find) and corn chips (definitely none) all the little slop served in a tiny plastic bowel.. Yuck value $5-8..Price $19.90..Tacos were 2 tasteless tiny blobs, we sent a search party for the meat but they tasted so bad one went in the bin. The Taco kit from Coles is far superior. So $40 later there was not enough food to feed one 10 year old let alone 2 adults and it was disgusting. AVIOD THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE... PS. I contacted the owner as he requested here. He explained that the combination section of the menu is totally different servings to the regular menu. In other words his menu's are very misleading and adds to the disappointment of this establishment. He offered me a bribe of a $40 refund to remove this review. Sorry my review stands, it was terrible as is the owner attitude.

Had an issue with booking (booked for the wrong day) called and ask if they could book us in for tonight (Friday night) and they did without a problem. There was a miscommunication problem as we thought our booking was at 7.30pm but turns out it was at 7pm, they gave our table away but managed to find a new one for us. The strawberry and lime caprioska cocktail was delicious!! If you order it in the skull glass you get to keep the glass and a cute little skull key chain. The food was very delicious and the wait time for food for was not long at all. We had the beef nachos and the mascata which I'd definitely recommend to get! The restaurant has a really cool vibe to it and the staff are super friendly and can recommend good beers and delicious food if your stuck on what to decide. There is a photographer who comes around and takes photos of you which is really nice. Overall this place is great to dine in and different in its own way from most restaurants I'd definitely recommend this place and I'll be coming back to find again!
