Me and my friend ordered a pineapple juice (5.25), peach ice tea(5.25), tasty share plate (27.95) and a cheese cake(7.95), which in total we should pay 46.4 dollars. The cashier served us was a new training girl, she make a mistake and charged us 77.35. Then we talked to the manager and asked her to refund the correct money back and she refund 21.45. After that me and my friend recalculate the payment and talked to the manger again to try to explain to her, but she came here and asked us to listen to her first and started to calculate in her way to show us the WONG math and we wanted to correcting her but she said : “ Do you know how to do math? I studied Engineering, I know how to do math”. This is really frustrating us because she did the wrong way and not listening to us properly but doubting us can’t do math! Anyway, she returned the correct money back but no serious apologies and the way she gave us money back made us feel like she does want to listen to our explanation anymore. I alway come to DOME and I like the food here but this experience made me disappointed on the service here, especially she is a manger. We supposed to came here order some food and study, but this happened and wasted us one hours to sort it out.

I appreciate the charging ports, the environment and the comfortable seating but what i never appreciate at dome is the food they serve. Everytime I go to dome I have a bad food experience. I don't know if this is subjective or not. This time around I ordered the avocado toast bacon thingy and I went straight to the bathroom and puked it out. It was so disgusting that I almost stopped eating eggs after that experience. The first time I went to dome it was the cream on the pancake that was expired. There's something very strange about domes food. Its either they serve expired stuff sometimes or its just bad quality control. I have posted some photos of what I ordered.... please do not order this particular meal... the avocado bacon poached egg whatever you call it.... it was so bad... I don't even want to think about it

Dined here on the 17th May at 0730am for breakfast. Great service and awesome food. The Lady taking our order was very helpful offering different options with what was shown on menu and different milks ( you know the nut milks that aren't actual milk but my handbrake likes almond 'milk' or oat 'milk'. ) Anyways she had some fancy milk chai latte thing which was one of the best she's every consumed . Along with the vege fritter stack and I ordered eggs Benedict with ham and was also offered bacon - which of course I went for. The meal was brought to us - I think by the chef as he seemed pretty proud of the well presented meals.Loved our breakfast experience. Will definitely return
