San Churro Clásico Ellenbrook — Restaurant in Western Australia

This is my first time ordering from here. I used Menulog to order a coffee and a Pizza Toasty. First issue was with the delivery where the driver delivered my order to the wrong house. Second nothing is worse than a mouthful of coffee grounds near the end of your coffee. Third the Toasty I was unable to eat it being cold after the delay getting my food off my neighbour. However, the quality of the toasty was not good either. It was lacking ingredients and not worth $14.95! You would expect a Toasty at that price to be loaded! The crust was so hard I just couldn’t eat it. Tried to put my complaint through Menulog where I had difficulty and was only refunded the coffee because I only put through the coffee at the time not both items where I tried to do later and it wouldn’t accept it. Great service from a young girl on till on Thursday last week around lunch time. I think her name was laylah as I introduced myself and she introduced herself back. Unfortunately me and my friend who went ordered two single serves of churros and the first one we were given had the wrong sauce and then my friend was given another single serve but with the sauce I ordered. After we finished we were then given another set of single serve churros with the sauce my friend ordered. So it turned out the first lot of churros I was given was someone else’s. But that’s ok because we only paid for two serves but got three so we got a free serve thank you! But again Laylah was so nice and so professional,...

Not the best start, got the order wrong to start with, was charged for the free churros sign up deal then had to argue to get the money back. There is a large price difference between the app and going to the counter. ( around $10 more expensive for our order due to going to the counter) Some churro where over cooked. And had to ask for the rest of our dipping sauces Toilets are dirty, paper towel everywhere overflowing bin., toliet not very clean after only being open 3 days expected it to be clean. Food did come out quickly tho and ice cream was good. Would rather drive to midland or joondalup if wanted again. At least until it has been...
